Fay has been painting for over 20 years. Her preferred mediums are oils and watercolours. Her paintings reflect the beauty of creation she sees around her and include landscapes, seascapes, still life, flowers, people, animal studies etc.
Fay enjoys the challenge of learning and exploring new painting techniques and her tutors have included the late Tim Wilson and Richard Robinson (oils) and Susan Harrison-Tustain (watercolours). She has won many awards in Auckland and Tauranga where she exhibits her work and in 2017 she held her first solo exhibition at the Franklin Arts Centre.
