Anna paints antique and new wooden nautical Oars using paint, decoupage and different textures. This has evolved with her love for sailing, beaches, nature and practical art. She also decorates old Totara farm battens giving both the Oars and Farm Battens a new life with the use of design, colour, interesting textures and space incorporating a mixture of nautical, vintage, rustic and décor colours creating a unique look. The Oars and Battens can be hung both inside and outside.
She exhibits in School Exhibitions, Sailing Clubs, Art Galleries and Art Inspired businesses nationwide and has created hundreds of decorated Oars and Paddles. Presently exhibiting in a unique Show, Artistic Endeavours at the Little River Art Gallery, Akaroa commemorating Captain Cook’s 250 reunion in New Zealand.
